Welcome to The Wickford Church of England School

The school provides education for children from 4 to 7 years of age in the Wickford area. We aim to create a respectful, caring and secure place to learn where everyone will work happily together. As a distinctly Christian school, spirituality is at our heart and this growth is supported by the close links we have with the Wickford and Runwell Diocese.

We believe that individual children should attain the highest possible standards in reading, writing and mathematics.  Children should be able to develop and apply these skills with confidence, and should enjoy the process. Each child will be encouraged to develop an overall sense of achievement during their time here.
